About Me
I’m Jessica Ramirez, an acting coach, actress, and filmmaker with over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. I offer private acting coaching for kids, teens, and adults who want to build confidence, strengthen their craft, and feel more grounded in their work — whether they’re just starting out or preparing for auditions.
My acting work includes projects across film, television, and theater, including independent films, festival productions, and commercial work.
I majored in Theatre Arts at Santa Monica College, participated in the UCLA Storytellers Program, and competed in the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival. Over the years, I’ve also trained with a variety of well-known acting coaches, allowing me to draw from multiple techniques and teaching styles in my work with students.
My Coaching Approach
What sets my coaching apart is my focus on creating a calm, supportive space where actors feel safe to take risks, ask questions, and grow at their own pace.
I especially enjoy working with beginners, shy performers, and students who may feel overwhelmed or unsure of where to start. My goal is not just to prepare actors for auditions, but to help them build confidence, self-trust, and tools they can carry with them long-term.
