I’m Jessica Ramirez, an actress and filmmaker with a background in acting instruction, performer support, and creative mentorship. Through my experience as an actor and teacher, I have had the opportunity to work with performers of different ages and experience levels, helping them build confidence, explore their creativity, and strengthen their connection to their craft.
My acting work includes projects across film, television, and theatre, including independent films, festival productions, and commercial work. I bring my experience as a performer into my sessions, creating a supportive environment where actors feel comfortable taking risks, making choices, and developing their own voice.
I studied Theatre Arts at Santa Monica College and have continued my training through various acting programs, workshops, and performance experiences. My background as an actor helps me bring a practical and supportive perspective to working with performers.
I believe actors grow best in an environment where they feel supported, encouraged, and comfortable taking creative risks. My approach focuses on creating a calm and welcoming space where performers can ask questions, explore their choices, and develop confidence in their own abilities.
I especially enjoy working with beginners, shy performers, and students who may feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. My goal is to support actors not only in preparing for auditions, but also in building confidence, self-trust, and skills they can continue developing throughout their creative journey.
